Location: UK Homebased - Hybrid, visits to clients required
Full Time, Permanent
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will manage a selection of clients. You will execute strategic review plans that align with our clients, ensuring our occupational health services contribute effectively to their objectives. You will also support the Business Development Team by providing insights on retender and renewal opportunities. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

  • Create strategic review plans to align occupational health services with client HR and wellbeing objectives.

  • Oversee service implementation for new and existing clients, coordinating with internal teams.

  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support business development, retendering, and renewal processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and overall client satisfaction.


Skills & Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and reasoning skills.

  • Strong ability to produce and analyse business management information.

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with colleagues.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

  • Experience in a health or wellbeing setting (desirable).

  • Proven track record in managing B2B client relationships.
